We sell directly through our website, our Miami warehouse showroom, trunk shows, and to wholesale clients worldwide. We're a small, collaborative team that values quality and excellent customer service.Position OverviewWe are looking for a bilingual (English & Spanish) E-commerce Specialist with strong Shopify expertise to join our warehouse team right away. You will manage the day-to-day operations of our online store, including inventory accuracy, retail orders, customer service, and ensuring product photos look professional.Key ResponsibilitiesManage website inventory: daily uploads, cleaning, syncing, and updates to keep stock levels accurate between the warehouse and artesano.netHandle retail website customer service: respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and inquiries for online ordersMonitor and quality-check product photos: review every uploaded image to ensure they display correctly and look sharp on the websiteProcess and fulfill online retail orders in ShopifyMaintain a clean and organized online storefront: fix listing errors and keep product information up to dateCollaborate closely with the warehouse team to align digital and physical stockRequirementsFully bilingual: fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) — mandatoryVery knowledgeable with Shopify: advanced experience with inventory management, order processing, and basic troubleshooting (must be able to start contributing immediately)Previous e-commerce or online retail experience preferred (fashion/retail is a plus)Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and positive team playerComfortable working in a warehouse environmentAvailable to start immediatelyHow to ApplyIf you are bilingual, experienced with Shopify, and ready to start right away, please send your resume and a short note explaining why you're a good fit to: [YOUR EMAIL] with the subject line "E-commerce Specialist – Immediate Start".We review applications quickly and will contact strong candidates for an interview.
