Senior Human Resources Program ManagerOur Opportunity:As a Senior Human Resources Program Manager in HR Shared Services, you will own end-to-end HR process review and transformation initiatives focused on operational excellence, efficiency, and scalable solutions across the Team Member lifecycle. You will lead discovery efforts, facilitate process mapping, and evaluate opportunities to streamline, automate, centralize, and improve the Team Member experience.You will act as a strategic partner to HR COEs, HR Systems, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, Legal, and other partners, independently defining problem statements, shaping improvement strategy, and owning execution across a portfolio of HR transformation initiatives.What You'll Do:Own the end-to-end experience for assigned HR transformation programs, independently defining scope, shaping strategy, and driving execution from discovery through post-change validation in alignment with company and HR strategyFacilitate stakeholder discovery sessions and process mapping workshops to identify root causes, friction points, inefficiencies, and experience gapsLeverage Team Member voice and operational data to assess current-state performance, define measurable targets, and prioritize improvement opportunitiesBuild future-state HR processes that balance experience, compliance, scalability, and operational efficiency, incorporating automation, workflow optimization, and self-service solutionsDevelop prioritized roadmaps and business cases to create alignment, sequencing, and quantifiable outcomesInfluence and align cross-functional partners to drive adoption, manage change impacts, and ensure sustained transformation outcomesApply continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate waste, streamline service delivery, and embed long-term process rigor through documentation, training, and governanceApply business insight and structured prioritization frameworks to evaluate trade-offs, define sequencing, and balance competing needs in an ambiguous environmentWhat You'll Need:5+ years of experience in Human Resources, within a COE, HR Systems, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, Legal, or related HR function3+ years of experience supporting or leading HR transformation, process redesign, or enterprise change initiativesStrong working knowledge of HR process flows across the employment lifecycle and how those processes connect across functionsExperience facilitating structured working sessions and influencing leaders to drive alignment and decisionsDemonstrated ability to independently formulate strategy and translate complex, cross-functional challenges into scalable program plans and measurable outcomesComfort operating independently in ambiguous environments and turning broad objectives into structured action plansProficient with navigating ambiguity while maintaining momentum and measurable progressFamiliarity with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, UKG Pro, and First Advantage)BonusLean Six Sigma certification or formal continuous improvement trainingChewy is an equal opportunity employer.
