Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‐paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office and will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO. Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Communication:Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence and facilitating communication on behalf of the CEO. Meeting Coordination:Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring timely completion. Project Management:Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as directed by the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. Confidentiality:Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information and business matters. Office Management:Oversee the organization of the executive office, including maintaining files, organizing documents, and ensuring a productive work environment. Event Planning:Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events, ensuring a professional and seamless experience. QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred. Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C‐suite executives, preferably within the financial services or wealth management industry. Skills:Exceptional organizational and time‐management skills; strong written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software; ability to handle multiple priorities with a calm and positive demeanor. Attributes:Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable; high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
