Job Title: Site Quality Manager / QAQC Manager – Solar EPC (Contract)Location: Project Site (On‑Site) Schedule: Monday–Friday | ~50 hours/week Start: ImmediateOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Site Quality Manager / QAQC Manager to support a new utility‑scale solar EPC project. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role with no direct reports, ideal for someone who enjoys being on site, working closely with construction and technical teams, and ensuring quality is executed correctly from the ground up.This role reports directly to the Regional Quality Manager and focuses on execution, inspections, and on‑site quality assurance rather than people management.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hands‑on quality oversight for construction activities on a utility‑scale solar EPC projectImplement and maintain site‑specific QA/QC plans, inspection procedures, and testing requirementsConduct field inspections, site walks, first‑install reviews, and turnover supportIdentify quality issues, lead corrective actions, and support root‑cause analysisReview drawings, specifications, and construction activities for complianceCoordinate closely with construction, engineering, and safety teamsMaintain accurate quality documentation, reports, and recordsSupport site acceptance testing (SAT) and project closeout activitiesRequired QualificationsMust have EPC solar project experience (required – contract will not consider non‑EPC solar backgrounds)Strong hands‑on field quality experience (required)Experience in QA/QC on utility‑scale solar construction projectsSolid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and inspection processesComfortable working on active construction sites full‑timeAble to start immediatelyRole DetailsIndividual contributor role – no direct people managementReports to the Regional Quality ManagerMon–Fri, approximately 50 hours per weekSite‑based positionInterview ProcessRound 1: 30‑minute Teams interviewRound 2: On‑site interviewIdeal Candidate TraitsFriendly, approachable, and collaborativePositive attitude with a “happy‑go‑lucky” personalityStrong communicator who works well with multiple site stakeholdersEnjoys being in the field and solving problems in real time
