Girls Varsity Wrestling Coach

Caston High School is in search of a varsity girls' wrestling coach for the 2026-2027 season.Job Description: Varsity Girls' Wrestling CoachJob Description Requirements: Perform the normal duties of a varsity wrestling coachincluding, but not limited to:● Overseeing a K-12 program (coaches, budget, youth camps, skill development etc.)● Participate and support Caston High School's strength and conditioning program● Attend all head coach meetings with the athletic director● Participate in the department's athletic council● Adhere to all IHSAA guidelines for your sport● Hold pre and post season meetings with your athletes● Meet all guidelines and due dates for athletic paperwork (rosters, NFHS courses, mediaetc.)● While in season, conduct a parent meeting to review all team and athleticpolicies/expectations● While in season, develop practice plans, match strategy, and skill development● Organize and inventory all sport-specific equipment● Turn in season stats/awards and program history to the athletic department at the end ofeach season● Organize off-season/summer open facility programs● All other coaching duties set by the athletic directorRate of Pay: Per ECA contractHow to Apply: Applications and resume may be submitted through the Caston SchoolCorporation website at (www.caston.k12.in.us) under the employment tab.For any otherinquiries, send an email to:Trent ToccoAthletic Directortoccot@caston.k12.in.us574-598-8000 ext:424
