OverviewEndoscopy Tech. GI Lab Tech position based in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Start date: June 2, 2026. This is a travel - temporary assignment at a hospital setting for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,643 to $1,744 per week, with guaranteed hours of 40 per week. Shift pattern is 4x10-hour rotating shifts with on-call rotation.Key HighlightsWeekly pay: $1,643–$1,744 per weekGuaranteed hours: 40 hours per weekContract duration: 13 weeksShift: 4x10-hour rotating with call rotationStart date: 06/02/2026Work setting: hospital-based endoscopy unit (GI lab)ResponsibilitiesAssist nursing staff and physicians during endoscopic procedures, supporting complex cases (polypectomy, biopsies, screening exams, ERCP, dilations) and ensuring proper equipment function and setup.Disinfect and process endoscopic equipment; troubleshoot and load equipment as needed to maintain procedure efficiency.Prepare and set up procedural rooms with instruments, supplies, and monitors; assist with patient transport and comfort as directed.Transport patients between departments; assist patients with dressing and ambulation as required by nursing staff.Apply EKG monitoring, BP cuff, and pulse oximetry prior to cases; monitor basic patient status during procedures.Maintain supplies and stock rooms; assist with room turnover and accessibility of required devices for subsequent cases.RequirementsEducation: High School diploma or equivalentCertification: BLS from the American Heart AssociationLicensure/Registration: Colorado DORA Surgical Tech registration is requiredCertifications: Current IAHCSMM Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER) certificationExperience: Minimum 2 years of endoscopy experience; advanced case endoscopy experience requiredAdditional preferences: SGNA Associates Program and/or Advanced Associates Program are highly preferredOther: Ability to work in a hospital-based GI/endoscopy environment and to participate in rotating 4x10-hour shifts with callBenefits and SupportGuaranteed hours and stable weekly pay24/7 recruiter and travel supportDedicated assignment support throughout the contractNationwide travel opportunitiesExtension opportunities and ongoing placement optionsFind more opportunitiesIf you are seeking other openings in travel healthcare, you can view additional opportunities at Healthforce Healthcare LLC by visiting https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
