Established in 2003, US Media operates in 12 markets with over 100 team members and a robust client base of more than 2,000 advertisers.Role DescriptionUS Media is the Exclusive Ad Partner for OneFootball in the US market. We are looking for a highly autonomous, senior-level Sales Director. You will be the primary commercial engine driving direct advertising revenue and branded partnerships for one of the world's largest digital soccer platforms.If you have a deep Rolodex in the NYC / North East USA media ecosystem, a passion for sports, and the "hunter" DNA required to help accelerate a hyper-growing business, this role offers unparalleled earning potential.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Hunting : Own the entire sales process in the Region, from prospecting, pitching, and negotiating, to closing multi-platform digital advertising deals and custom content sponsorships.Market Penetration: Aggressively open doors with top-tier media agencies (HoldCos) and direct brands (endemic and non-endemic) across the East Coast/US market.Brand Partnerships Strategy: Move beyond standard display/video sales; conceptualize and pitch bespoke, high-value brand integrations leveraging OneFootball's massive, highly-engaged audience.Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast revenue and manage a robust pipeline using our CRM, providing regular updates to the VP of Sales.Market Ambassadorship: Act as the face of the US Media/OneFootball partnership at industry events, agency outings, and client meetings in New York.RequirementsProven Recent Record in Direct Ad Sales (Strictly Mandatory): You MUST have active, hands-on experience in Direct Ad Sales or Brand Partnerships within the last 2 years. (Note: Candidates with purely programmatic, ad-tech, or agency-side backgrounds without recent direct media sales experience will not be considered).Seniority: 8 to 12+ years of experience in Digital Media Sales, Brand Partnerships, or Sports Sponsorships in the US market.The "Rolodex": An active, deeply established network of decision-makers within NYC media agencies and direct client marketers.Sports / Soccer DNA (Highly Preferred): Previous experience selling premium sports inventory, connected TV, or sports publishing media Hunter Mindset: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding “high 6”-7 digits revenue quotas as an Individual Contributor. Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working autonomously.B2B / Contractor Readiness: Comfortable operating as an independent contractor, managing your own time and client entertainment schedule with a strict focus on ROI.
