This role focuses on patient education, counseling, and ongoing care support, especially for those on specialty medications.🩺 Key ResponsibilitiesEducate and guide patients on specialty medications and treatment plansSupport patients in managing medications and improving adherenceMonitor and explain side effects and treatment optionsMaintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA guidelinesReport any adverse events or product concerns as requiredCoordinate with pharmacy and healthcare teams for timely medication deliveryFollow structured patient communication schedules and care programs✅ Required QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license (NC or compact state)Minimum 4–5 years of acute care experienceStrong communication and patient counseling skillsComfortable using computers and web-based tools⭐ Preferred ExperienceOncology, Telehealth, or Medication Management background🎓 EducationAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent diploma)👍 What We’re Looking ForPatient-focused and empathetic approachStrong problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated and team-oriented
