Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer ILocation: 65% Field based, 35% Office (Ability to work from multiple locations)We're Looking for you to do the following:Builds social capital and trust with JBCC's Quality Manager, field-based employees, project team, and customers.Reviewing Contracts, Blueprints, Local & Federal QC RequirementsCreating project-based Quality Control PlansReviewing the QC Plans with the Project ManagersImplementing QC PlansSchedule testing and inspections based on operations, customer's requirements, and project team needsRoutine field Inspections and Testing with accurate documentation and reporting procedures using auditing toolsSubcontractor & Supplier process and materials inspectionsProvide prompt reports of the inspectionsProvide trends & analytics of all inspection and testing reportsAttend internal and job specific audits as neededAssist Quality Manager on quality assurance tasks including internal and external processes and auditingProvides feedback for improvements to overall Quality Management SystemResponsible to attend any required customer and internal meetingsBuild project team relationship & customer relationshipProvide lessons learned reporting at closeout meetingsAdhere to all safety requirements required internally & externally during work performanceYou have:1-2 years relevant experienceAssociates degree in related fieldQuality Certifications preferredProficient with all Microsoft Office productsPreferred experience with HCSS Heavy JobTravel required within area or region servedAttention to detailExcellent organization and time managementWe have:A team-based culture that rewards collaboration, problem solving and process improvementA commitment to your professional developmentVaried career path opportunities across the different disciplines in the companyA new, robust enterprise resource planning software solutionGreat benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401K with company contribution, profit sharing, long-term disabilityTeam outings, and an opportunity to get involved and make a difference with various charities in the community
