Your Role:The Manufacturing Manager will lead a newly established division, with full responsibility for team leadership, production performance, and operational execution. This role is focused on building structure, driving accountability, and elevating overall performance across a small but critical manufacturing team. This is a highly visible leadership position for someone who brings both operational discipline and technical curiosity, with the ability to balance hands-on understanding of foundry processes with strong people leadership and organizational rigor.What You’ll Do:Lead, coach, and develop employees, driving accountability and daily executionEstablish team priorities through regular check-ins and clear performance expectationsAssess team capabilities and make staffing and development decisions to strengthen performanceOversee production planning, inventory, and purchasing activitiesDrive continuous improvement to enhance throughput, efficiency, and product qualityLead problem-solving efforts related to casting processes and production challengesApply data-driven approaches to optimize processes and outcomesPartner with senior leadership to align on operational goals and performance metricsEnsure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standardsWhat You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Process Engineering preferred, but not requiredProven leadership experience in manufacturing, foundry, or industrial operations environmentsStrong management and organizational skills, with a track record of building structure and driving accountabilityHands-on understanding of metal and/or casting processesExperience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, DOE, or similar)Ability to balance floor presence with leadership responsibilitiesPractical, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilitiesComfortable working in a small, team-oriented, high-impact environmentWhy Join?You’ll be part of a team where your work is visible, valued, and directly tied to real-world outcomes.
