What Your Days Look Like Here You'll work within clear processes and predictable workflows while collaborating with a team that respects the importance of organized financial operations. Your role is defined, supported, and valued. Accounts Receivable Prepare and send accurate customer invoices Track and follow up on aging receivables Record payments and maintain customer accounts Accounts Payable Process vendor invoices accurately and on time Match invoices, POs, and receipts Maintain payment schedules and positive vendor relationships Financial Support Support month-end and year-end close Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies Maintain clean financial records in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online Support construction job costing and financial reporting You're a Fit If You Have 2+ years of AR/AP or bookkeeping experience Are confident with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online Appreciate structure, accuracy, and predictable workflows Communicate well and value teamwork Bring a positive attitude and take ownership of your work Have construction accounting experience (a plus, not required) Feel aligned with a workplace built on faith-based values of honesty, dependability, and treating people well Education: High school diploma required; post-secondary accounting or finance education is an asset.
