You possess:8+ Years of Success: Proven track record as a Plant Manager or Operations Director in heavy industrial fabrication or manufacturing ecosystems.Lean Architecture Mastery: A verifiable history of using VSM, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis to drive measurable efficiency and eliminate waste.Technical Instincts: Deep familiarity with robust metal fabrication, welding workflows, and thermal/heat exchange processes.End-to-End Fluency: Competence managing production scheduling, material purchasing, capital equipment evaluation (CapEx), and freight logistics.Elite Presence: The communication skills needed to mentor teams and unite engineering, production, and corporate executives.RequirementsExperience: 8+ years as a Plant Manager or Operations Director in industrial manufacturing/OEM environments.Technical Skills: Management of custom shop floors featuring metal fabrication, machining, and welding.
