You will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality. *Requirements:* * Strong customer service skills. You will be interacting with the public on a regular basis, we coach guests with safety/training orientation. We are more than customer service representatives, we are entertainers. * Ability to multitask * Ability to be on your feet for 5-8 hrs. * Basic bartender Skills - Serve canned alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. * Candidate must have a Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server certificate before starting in the new role (We will help with this 4 hours training) * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Manage conflict effectively, addressing any customer concerns or issues promptly. * Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during events or busy periods. * Assist in setting up and managing bar services for special events or private functions. * Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol in accordance with local laws.
