We are a growing Managed IT provider supporting a wide range of technologies including Microsoft 365, servers, networking, infrastructure projects, and structured cablingWe are looking for a dependable Level 2 technician who enjoys troubleshooting real-world infrastructure issues and working directly with business clients.This is not an entry-level helpdesk position.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair Windows desktops and laptopsSupport Microsoft 365 and Exchange environmentsAssist with Windows Server administration and troubleshootingDeploy and support systems using NinjaOne RMMConfigure and troubleshoot networking equipmentWork with switches, wireless systems, and firewallsInstall and terminate occasional Cat6 network cablingProvide both remote and on-site support for business clientsDocument work clearly in the ticketing systemRequirements2+ years of IT support experienceStrong Windows troubleshooting skillsUnderstanding of DHCP, DNS, networking basics, and business environmentsExperience working with serversAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyProfessional communication skillsValid driver’s licensePreferred ExperienceMSP experienceNinjaOne experienceAruba Instant On experienceMicrosoft 365 administrationStructured cabling experienceFirewall or switch configuration experienceCompensation & Benefits$40,268.75 - 61.743.01 depending on experienceCompany vehicle provided for work-related travelPaid holidays and PTOExposure to infrastructure and project workGrowth opportunities into senior engineering rolesWork EnvironmentWe are a small, fast-moving team where technicians work directly with clients and solve a wide variety of technical issues.
