You will build and lead a team, working closely with cross-functional departments to align marketing strategies with business goals and vision.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDefine and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple Anguleris brands, driving global brand recognition and growth.Brand DevelopmentElevate and position multiple Anguleris brands as market leaders in the construction tech industry through targeted campaigns and messaging.Demand GenerationLead efforts to create demand for our products through business development marketing campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), partnership development, and innovative digital marketing tactics.Team LeadershipBuild and mentor a high-performing marketing team, setting clear goals, ensuring accountability, and fostering a collaborative culture. Delegate where appropriate while also modeling to others how to step in and be a do-er to get the job done.Market AnalysisAnalyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to drive continuous optimization of marketing strategies.CollaborationWork closely with product teams, sales, and leadership to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and customer needs.Qualifications7+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership positionProven experience in driving revenue growth through digital marketing, brand positioning, and demand generationStrong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and analyticsExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience managing marketing teams and collaborating across departmentsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plusPreferred SkillsExperience in the architecture, interior design, engineering, or construction industryAdvanced graphic design and creative skills (especially Adobe Creative Suite)Experience with international marketing and global brand strategiesMust HaveCandidates must have hands-on experience in digital marketing and be capable of performing the required duties, not just managing a marketing team.Strong track record of scaling digital platforms through content marketing, SEO, demand generation, and digital advertising.Proven track record in scaling digital platforms, driving demand generation, and building world-class brandsExperience in the architecture, interior design, engineering, or construction industry is required.
