Join us in shaping communities for the future.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Estimator for a full-time, on-site position located in Tempe, AZ. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with project managers, architects, and contractors to develop competitive proposals. Responsibilities include quantity takeoffs, material and labor pricing analysis, solicitation of subcontractor and supplier bids, and providing detailed cost breakdowns to ensure project feasibility and profitability. The Estimator will also contribute to value engineering efforts and assist in refining project scopes.QualificationsStrong proficiency in project cost estimation, quantity takeoffs, and construction budgetingProven expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documentsFamiliarity with bidding software and tools, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teamsDemonstrated understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry standardsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferredPrior experience in estimating for commercial and residential construction projects is an assetOrganizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects effectivelyPlease reach out directly or apply if you believe you are a strong fit.#construction #multifamilyconstruction #estimator #precon #portlandjobs #constructionjobs #Arizona #hiring
