[Required] Ability to understand the needs of the customer and respond to them in a pro-active, courteous, professional, and efficient manner. [Required] Flexibility and ability to adapt to change. [Required] Ability to work under stress and deadlines. [Required] Medical terminology [Required] Understanding of the principles of microbiology, aseptic principles and techniques, and infection control as they apply to sterile supply operation. [Required] Basic knowledge of prevention of cross contamination and the critical nature of nosocomial infections. [Required] Knowledge of the use, operation, maintenance, assembly, disassembly and cleaning requirements of the full range of instruments and equipment.
