[Required] Ability to understand the needs of the customer and respond to them in a pro-active, courteous, professional, and efficient manner. [Required] Flexibility and ability to adapt to change. [Required] Medical terminology [Required] Understanding of the principles of microbiology, aseptic principles and techniques, and infection control as they apply to sterile supply operation.
