RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing one of Miami's premier community banks, known for its strong reputation, and relationship-driven culture.As the institution expands its commercial real estate platform, they are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to support their lending team in a critical, client-facing capacity.Position SummaryThe Commercial Real Estate Lending Assistant plays an integral role in supporting CRE lenders across the full loan lifecycle, from origination through closing and ongoing servicing. This individual will provide a blend of administrative, analytical, and transactional support, ensuring that loan files are accurate, complete, and progressing efficiently.The role involves close coordination with borrowers, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors, while assisting with underwriting preparation, documentation, and closing logistics. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven lending environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport lenders with loan originations, renewals, modifications, and extensionsPrepare and assemble complete loan packages for underwriting, approval, and closingOrder and track third-party reports (appraisals, environmental, title, surveys, zoning)Review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to closingCoordinate with attorneys, title companies, and vendors to ensure timely transaction execution
