Company DescriptionContract Period:1 yrOn SiteStaff lvl: $21-26/hrSr Staff lvl: $27-29/hrKorean Bilingual RequiredJob DescriptionManage full-cycle international and domestic logistics operations (FTL, LTL, Ocean, Air and others)Coordinate with warehouses to ensure accurate cargo receiving, storage, and dispatchArrange and track transportation schedules with trucking and shipping carriersPrepare and verify commercial documents (BL, AWB, BOL, invoice, packing list, etc.) for compliance and accuracyHandle billing processes including issuing invoices (A/R) and verifying vendor invoices (A/P)Monitor and analyze job profit and loss (P&L) to ensure margin targets are metConduct settlement processes and ensure timely closing of shipmentsMaintain accurate records in internal TMS/ERP systemsCommunicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal management to resolve issues promptlySupport problem resolution related to delivery, damage, or lossQualifications1-5 years of relevant experience in logistics operations preferredFamiliarity with warehouse/transportation coordination, import/export procedures, customsBilingual in Korean and English preferredHigh school GED required; Bachelor's degree preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Strong written and verbal communication, customer engagement, and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and capable of handling high-pressure environmentsAdditional Information
