Bank Teller (Entry Level)

Bank Teller Duration: Can convert as early as 5 months, however, please note this is a contract position. There is no guarantee this contract position will materialize into a full-time opportunity with the client.To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by the client including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts; Lending products; and credit/debit cards. To perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision. Provide assistance/training to lower-level team members.Skills: Interpersonal skills, Customer service, Banking, Data entry, Finance, Microsoft officeAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Analyze, research, and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loansAssist members with submitting consumer/mortgage/equity loan, overdraft protection and credit card applicationsCounsel current and prospective members about company products and servicesEnsure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properlyIdentify opportunities to cross service products and increase product penetrationPerform platform banking functionsAssist level I team membersUnderstand and comply with federal and other regulations relating to financial products and servicesMay assist with Branch Office vault opening, closing and balancing proceduresMay serve as a Branch Office and/or ATM vault custodianPerform other duties as assignedShift: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm | Saturday: 8:30am - 2:30pmJob Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Kennesaw, GA.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $21.42/hr.
