Stand-Up Reach Forklift OperatorsAuburndale / Lakeland, FL $18$19 per hour (based on shift) Full-Time | Performance-to-Hire Immediate Openings Partners Personnel is looking for experienced Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operators to support a busy distribution operation in the Auburndale/Lakeland area. Shifts Available: 1st Shift 4:00 AM start | $18/hr Mid Shift 9:30 AM start | $18/hr 2nd Shift 2:30 PM start | $19/hr MondayFriday (some weekends required) Start/end times may vary based on production Job Duties: Operate a stand-up reach forklift (about 10% of shift) Load/unload and move materials throughout the warehouse Perform physical work (standing, walking, bending, lifting) Maintain inventory flow and a clean, safe work area Cross-train and support other departments as needed Requirements: 2+ years of recent stand-up reach forklift experience Valid forklift certification (within last 2 years) Ability to pass a forklift safety test Strong attendance and reliability are a must Why Partners Personnel?
