As a sales and business consulting firm, we’re hiring an AT&T Customer Representative to support San Antonio households with AT&T solutions that fit their lives. As an AT&T Customer Representative, you’ll work face-to-face with clients, mastering device specs and plan details so they can explain them simply and ensure every sales enrollment is accurate and compliant. As an AT&T Customer Representative, you see the big picture for every household you assist. The AT&T Customer Representative combines immediate problem-solving with strategic planning for their future mobile needs, offering sales recommendations that are always relevant, integrating into the role as a client advocate Key Responsibilities of an AT&T Customer Representative Engage San Antonio residents through community‑based outreach to promote AT&T’s 5G wireless performance, smartphone lineup, and current mobile promotions. Support the wireless sales process by qualifying leads, recommending plans, and guiding residents through device and service selections. Assist with customer onboarding and device activation to ensure residents transition smoothly into AT&T’s high‑speed mobile data and messaging services. Use AT&T’s data and sales tools to update account information, maintain enrollment accuracy, and track basic sales activity for the local territory. Identify sales opportunities within households, such as additional lines, device upgrades, and eligible trade‑in promotions. Resolve basic service and billing questions with clear, supportive communication that reinforces customer satisfaction and loyalty. Work closely with fellow AT&T Customer Representatives to coordinate sales strategies, share best practices, and drive consistent, high-quality results for every client interaction. Minimum Qualifications of an AT&T Customer Representative High school diploma or GED required Experience in sales, customer support, or retail where relationship building and performance targets were central to the role. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex wireless specifications into clear, actionable benefits for residential customers. Driven, coachable, and territory‑minded approach capable of supporting acquisition goals, upgrade opportunities, and retention metrics.
