The successful candidate will be a strategic and commercially minded leader with a strong background in integrated digital marketing programs, particularly within a marketing agency environment. Key responsibilities for this role include partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives, monitoring market trends, and competitive activity, and building and maintaining referral partnerships. The Head of Growth will also be responsible for taking a consultative approach throughout the sales cycle, owning and optimizing sales pipelines, and implementing systematic processes to drive efficiency and results. Applicants for the Head of Growth position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of experience in business development or growth-focused roles, with a preference for those with a background in a marketing agency environment. The role requires a candidate with a strong belief in and hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools, as well as a data-driven and highly organized approach to pipeline and sales management. Experience with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, is preferred. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, results-oriented, and comfortable with a fast-paced, experimental approach to growth strategy.
