Our attorneys assert a client-centric mindset that guides each case, while maintaining a collegial culture where exceptional lawyers want to work.About The RoleHall Prangle is seeking to hire a part-time associate attorney who has at least three (3) years as a practicing litigator, ideally with experience in medical malpractice or healthcare law. The lateral associate will work with small teams of attorneys and paralegals, led by seasoned trial attorneys with proven track records, all working collaboratively to efficiently provide our clients with the best possible results.ResponsibilitiesProvide legal counsel and representation to the firm’s clients from pre-trial through trialDraft legal documents including pleadings, motions, written discovery, and agreementsAttend court hearings, depositions, trials, and client meetingsConduct legal research and case analysisCollaborate with senior associates and partners on case strategy Contribute to business development and client relationship managementAble to work/bill 10-20 hours per week (with the potential for up to 29 hours per week based on office needs)What You Will Need To SucceedJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive membership in the Arizona State Bar At least three (3) years’ experience in the defense of medical malpractice cases or practicing healthcare lawStrong understanding of State and Federal court rules and proceduresStrong litigation, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsExcellent legal research and writing skillsExceptional oral and written communication Why Hall PrangleHall Prangle employees across the country demonstrate the firm's tireless commitment to excellence.
