We are hiring reliable and experienced HHAs and CNAs for Day shift and overnight shifts, all private-care shifts in the Key Largo area.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Health Aide located in Homestead, FL. The Home Health Aide will assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Responsibilities include providing personal care, monitoring the client’s health condition, offering companionship, and ensuring a safe and sanitary environment. The role also involves clear communication with both clients and their families to support the development of individualized care plans.QualificationsExperience in Home Care and the ability to deliver compassionate support to clients in their home environment.Proficiency in assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene and meal preparation.Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.A commitment to providing quality Personal Care services in a respectful and dignified manner.Relevant certifications or training in home health aide services are a plus.Physical stamina to perform caregiving duties and the ability to maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients.Experience working in a home health or healthcare environment is highly beneficial.
