Surgical Tech Location: Mooresville, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,788 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/1/2026 About the Position Job Title: Surgical Tech Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: OR Tech / Surgical Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (06:30 - 15:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Compact or NC license required Certifications: BLS, NCCT Must-Have: - Required experience in Total Joints and General Orthopedic procedures - On-Call requirements include 1 weekend day and 4 weekday shifts over 6 weeks - Floating may be required to other departments Description: The Surgical Tech will assist in various surgical procedures. Experience in Total Joints and General Orthopedic procedures is essential. There is a requirement for 1 call during the week and 1 on the weekend. Candidates may float to other departments as needed. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of surgical tech experience. Candidates must possess BLS and NCCT certifications. Strong skills needed in a wide range of procedures such as: - Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair - Abdominal hysterectomy - Anterior cervical fusion - Cholecystectomy - Laparoscopic assisted procedures - Total hip replacement - Total knee replacement Experience in community hospital settings is preferred.
