This role combines Level 2/Level 3 escalation support, project engineering, solution design, and technical leadership.The ideal candidate is highly technical, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working across operations, engineering, and sales teams. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.Responsibilities Reserve as a Level 2 / Level 3 escalation resource for complex network and systems issuesDesign, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure projectsTroubleshoot LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VLANs, QoS, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and UCaaS-related environmentsPartner with sales teams during solution design and pre-sales discussionsPerform root-cause analysis and recommend both short-term and long-term solutionsMaintain accurate documentation, ticket updates, and project trackingParticipate in maintenance windows, upgrades, migrations, and emergency support when requiredContribute to infrastructure reliability, standardization, and process improvement initiatives QualificationsSenior-level experience in network and systems engineeringStrong experience with enterprise routing, switching, wireless, and firewall platformsExperience troubleshooting complex customer environmentsFamiliarity with Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Ruckus, or similar technologiesExperience with VoIP, UCaaS, or communication platforms preferredStrong communication, documentation, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating across teamsRelevant certifications (CCNP, PCNSE, etc.) are a plusPlease apply directly through our company careers page: IT Management Corp. dba 101 VOICE Sr. Network Engineer | SmartRecruiters
