Forward Deployed Engineer

You'll combine deep engineering expertise with customer-facing consulting skills to architect, build, and deliver production-grade AI solutions.This is a role for engineers who enjoy ownership, ambiguity, and seeing the direct impact of their work.What You'll Be DoingAs a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll:Lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI solutions from concept through production.Partner directly with customers to understand complex business challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Build full-stack AI applications, data pipelines, and intelligent workflows.Develop and integrate APIs, enterprise systems, and reusable platform components.Design and deploy Agentic AI workflows, RAG architectures, and LLM-powered applications.Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence future platform capabilities.Establish best practices around observability, monitoring, governance, and AI reliability.What We're Looking ForYou'll likely have:6+ years of software engineering experience2+ years working in customer-facing, consulting, or solution engineering environmentsStrong experience building production AI, ML, or large-scale data applicationsExpertise with Python and modern full-stack developmentExperience with React, Node.js, Go, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CDStrong knowledge of enterprise integrations including REST APIs, SQL, GraphQL, and webhooksExperience designing scalable data pipelinesHands-on experience with modern AI technologies including:Large Language Models (LLMs)Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, AstraDB)LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar orchestration frameworksAbility to translate ambiguous customer requirements into scalable engineering solutionsBonus PointsYou'll stand out if you've worked with:Agentic AI platformsMulti-agent orchestrationSmall Language Model (SLM) fine-tuning or distillationEnterprise AI deploymentsObservability and AI governance frameworksWhy Join?You'll work on some of the most technically challenging AI implementations in the enterprise market, partnering with leading organisations to deliver real-world business outcomes—not just prototypes.If you enjoy combining software engineering, AI innovation, architecture, and customer engagement, we'd love to hear from you.📩 Apply now or message us directly for a confidential discussion.
