You'll be part of a team that knows your value, wants to see you succeed, and believes that growth happens by having the right people beside us every step of the way.We are currently looking for a dependable, motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, and thermostatsComplete seasonal tune-ups, inspections, and system performance checksDiagnose and repair HVAC system issues in residential homesClean and inspect coils, drains, filters, motors, blowers, electrical components, and safety controlsCheck refrigerant levels, pressures, voltage, amperage, airflow, and thermostat operationIdentify worn or damaged parts and recommend repair or replacement optionsTest systems for safe and efficient operationClearly communicate findings, repair needs, and maintenance recommendations to homeownersComplete service tickets, job notes, and maintenance records accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicleFollow company procedures, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelinesAssist with minor installations or component replacements as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentHVAC experience preferred in residential service and/or maintenanceEPA Certification required or preferred based on dutiesValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordWorking knowledge of residential HVAC systems and componentsAbility to use gauges, meters, hand tools, and diagnostic equipmentStrong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyPreferred Qualifications3+ years of residential HVAC experienceExperience with gas furnaces, heat pumps, smart thermostats, and indoor air quality productsFamiliarity with mobile dispatch or field service softwareJourneyman licensePhysical RequirementsAbility to lift 50 pounds or moreAbility to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, garages, and outdoor weather conditionsAbility to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and move throughout the dayWork ScheduleFull-timeMonday through Friday, with overtime opportunitiesCompany DescriptionWe are a well-established residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning company.Company DescriptionWe are a well-established residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning company.
