This role is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care during assigned shifts. The RN Supervisor will support daily clinical operations, provide leadership to nursing teams, and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to maintain compliance, efficiency, and optimal resident outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate nursing staff and patient care activities during assigned shiftsEnsure care delivery aligns with resident care plans and facility policiesAssist in developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plansAdminister medications and treatments in accordance with regulations and standardsMonitor resident conditions and communicate clinical changes to physiciansProvide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAsConduct routine patient rounds and address resident/family concerns professionallyMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of nursing activitiesRequired QualificationsEducation:Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited programBSN preferred; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plusLicensure & Certifications:Active Registered Nurse (RN) License - RequiredBasic Life Support (BLS) Certification - RequiredCOVID-19 Vaccination - RequiredExperience:0-2 years of RN experience preferredExperience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care - Strongly preferredFor more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
