The main responsibility is processing 200+ orders per day for multiple clients with speed and accuracy.Responsibilities:Pick, Pack, and Ship orders for multiple clients Lead e-Commerce team; including organizing inventory and supplies, increase efficiency, motivate team members to meet and exceed goalsAdhere to policies and procedures, while assessing effectiveness and efficiencyPossess a professional style of communicationQualifications / Requirements:Ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods of time in warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures) High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Extensiv (3PL Central) Warehouse Management System preferred not requiredExperience with Small Parcel Shipping Systems (stamps.com, UPS.com, etc.)Experience with LTL, FTL and International shippingExperience with RF Scanners, laser label printersHighly detailed oriented and ability to count with accuracyAbility to work in a fast paced environmentPerform duties with extremely low error rateAbility to multitask and learn new tasks quicklyMust be able to work independently with limited supervisionForklift Certification preferred, not requiredPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
