Job Title: Full Stack DeveloperLocation: NYC, NY - OnsiteOverview:Full Stack Developer to support two critical digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will bridge consulting recommendations and real-world implementation, working across both a mobile modernization effort for Child Protective Services caseworkers and a consent management system for the Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Unit (PBHU).Key InitiativesDCP "On the Go" - Digital Modernization:Following a Business Consulting Services engagement, the Full Stack Developer will translate findings into actionable technical strategy, including platform selection, architecture planning, and feasibility analysis for a mobile solution designed to support CPS caseworkers in the field.PBHU Mental Health Care - Consent Management SystemHands-on design and implementation of a Power Platform and UiPath-based application to digitize the FDC-027 request submission and review process, including integrations, data modelling, and workflow automation.Key Responsibilities:DCP "On the Go" - Technical Prototyping & Platform Selection:Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for high-risk requirements including offline data synchronization and complex mobile authentication.Develop small-scale prototypes using candidate platforms (Native, React Native/Flutter, or Low-Code) to assess technical performance and UX.Evaluate mobile platforms against total cost of ownership, scalability, and internal skill sets.Document technical trade-offs, limitations, and performance metrics to support final platform recommendation.Translate business features into a structured Product Backlog with detailed technical user stories and acceptance criteria.Produce clean, well-documented PoC code and technical documentation for handoff to the full development team.PBHU Consent Management System - Development & Delivery:Lead hands-on development of the Power Apps Model-Driven Application based on finalized requirements.Implement complex business logic, security roles, and UI components within Power Apps and Dataverse.Develop, configure, and test UiPath and Power Automate flows for backend automation and PDF document processing.Implement advanced error handling and logging across all flows and Power Apps components.Design, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dataverse schema ensuring data integrity and security model compliance.Cross-Cutting Responsibilities:Provide ongoing technical guidance across both projects.Participate in architecture and security reviews.Align both initiatives with technology standards.Coordinate with OIT, security teams, and vendor partners.Support project planning, risk assessments, and go/no-go decisions.Required Qualifications:Minimum 8 years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 3 years in a Lead Developer or Technical Specialist role focused on technical feasibility and platform selection.Proven experience rapidly building and testing mobile applications (Native, Cross-Platform such as React Native/Flutter, or Low-Code) for technical evaluation purposes.Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Swift/Kotlin, C#, or similar languages used in modern enterprise application development.Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform - including Power Apps Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and complex third-party integrations (e.g., document generation connectors).Practical experience with UiPath for RPA and backend process automation.Solid understanding of security architecture, authentication methods (OAuth, SAML), and secure data handling practices.Excellent technical documentation skills with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Collaborative, results-driven mindset with strong communication skills.
