The clinic provides a variety of innovative services, including Weight loss programs, Vitamin injections/ & IV’s, Body contouring, Hormone optimization, and Recovery therapies.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Clinic Manager role. The Clinic Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate service offerings, and ensure excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, ensuring adherence to medical and operational standards, and implementing effective processes to optimize clinic performance. The role requires a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality care and promoting a positive and professional work environment.QualificationsStrong Customer Service and Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively Knowledge or background in Medicine and wellness practices to ensure compliance with industry standards Proven ability to provide Training and development opportunities for staff to enhance performance Exceptional organizational and leadership skills Proficiency in using clinic management software and tools is a plus Prior experience in a managerial role within a healthcare or wellness setting
