We’re growing quickly and already work with large behavioral health organizations processing millions in collections every month.We’re looking for a highly organized, high-agency Business Operations Lead to help build the operational backbone of the company.About the RoleThis is a highly cross-functional role for someone who loves making companies run smoothly.You’ll work directly with the founder and own many of the operational systems and workflows that keep Arbora moving quickly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.You should be excited about ambiguity, willing to wear many hats, and comfortable handling everything from financial modeling to coordinating with legal vendors to improving internal processes.ResponsibilitiesOwn and improve internal operational workflowsCoordinate with external accounting, legal, tax, compliance, and HR vendorsSupport recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and people operationsBuild reports, spreadsheets, models, and operational dashboardsHelp manage budgeting, cash flow tracking, and financial planningWhat We’re Looking ForExtremely organizedDetail-orientedProactively taking ownershipComfortable working beyond 9-5 (this is not a 9-5 job)Financially literate and confident with spreadsheets/modelsResourceful (especially with AI)Strong sense of urgencyNo work is below me mindsetRequirementStartup experience (series A or earlier)Experience in healthcare, fintech, operations, consulting, banking, or BizOpsNice to HaveFamiliarity with financial modeling and operational analyticsExperience coordinating with vendors and external partnersExperience using tools like Notion, GSuite, Slack, Linear, Looker, or similarCompensation$100k–$130k baseUp to 1.0% equityLocationBay Area is preferred. But not required. Remote is ok.
