In this role, youll create high-quality instructional contentprojects, lessons, and tutorialsthat help educators and students successfully use our products in the classroom and beyond.As a key member of the Product Management team, youll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure learning materials are aligned with product features and user needs. Youll also play an important role in shaping and improving our CreXo Classroom platform, using educator feedback and data insights to continuously enhance the learning experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelops and maintains instructional materials, including projects, lessons, tutorials, and onboarding resources that support product use and adoptionLeads the organization and continuous improvement of the CreXo Classroom platform to ensure intuitive navigation and content accessibilityCollaborates with Product, Engineering, and Curriculum teams to align learning materials with product features and user needsLeads the development and refinement of content standards, templates, and quality guidelines to ensure consistency across learning materialsGathers, analyzes, and incorporates educator feedback, user insights, and usage data to improve content effectiveness and user experienceIdentifies gaps in learning materials and drives enhancements to support product adoption and engagementCreates content directly, including general STEM activities and product-integrated learning experiencesCoordinates and provides direction to external curriculum developers and contributors, including supporting content briefs and review processesLeads external learning engagements, including webinars, training sessions, and educator-facing eventsPartners with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure learning materials support messaging and customer needsBuilds and maintains relationships with educators and users to better understand classroom implementation and instructional challengesTracks performance of learning materials and drives ongoing improvements based on feedback and dataServes as the primary point of contact for learning experience development across CreXo productsWhat Youll BringBachelors degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experienceDemonstrated experience developing curriculum, learning activities, or instructional materials (e.g., project-based learning, lessons, or classroom resources)Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning experience designDesired QualificationsExperience with STEM, robotics, or computer science educationFamiliarity with classroom implementation and educator workflowsExperience supporting scalable content systems or curriculum frameworksExperience working with digital learning platforms or content ecosystemsExperience using data or feedback to improve instructional materialsExperience working with external contributors or freelance curriculum developersFamiliarity with coding platforms, physical computing, or tools such as micro:bit or similarWork LocationThis role follows a hybrid work model, combining remote work from a home office with regular onsite collaboration at our Sharon, Massachusetts office, and occasional visits to our headquarters in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.Travel RequirementsOccasional travel required (up to 30% annually) to attend conferences, trade shows, and educator engagement eventsCompensationThe expected compensation range for this position is $70,000 90,000 annually.
