Paralegal / Insurance Defense

Job Description :We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Insurance Defense Paralegal to join our client's dynamic legal team. The ideal paralegal will have a strong background in insurance defense litigation and will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our attorneys. This position is hybrid.Responsibilities:Assist attorneys with case management from inception through trial. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information and documents. Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and client meetings. Prepare and organize case files, exhibits, and trial binders. Summarize depositions, medical records, and other documents. Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court personnel. Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:Insurance defense billing experience. PA experience a must. NJ is plusStrong knowledge of legal terminology, principles, and procedures. Proficient in legal research and writing. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
