Airbnb Cleaner

We are located in Vernon NJ, please Only apply if you are 40 mins from this location or less. LPS Detailed Cleaning is looking to add another Weekend team member! This position will be cleaning and resetting our Airbnb‘s. The majority of the time this will be on Sundays between the hours of 10-4 , however depending on the bookings, it could be Saturdays also, each weekend is different. Please keep this in mind when applying. You MUST be RELIABLE, have reliable child care and transportation for this position. Qualities we’re looking for in this candidate-honest, hardworking, can follow cleaning procedures and instructions, possess common sense, detail oriented, good communication skills, efficient, positive attitude. Duties include but not limited to: - Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sanitizing, mopping, making beds, folding towels and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms and break areas - Empty trash and replace liners - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Restock supplies in restrooms ```Requirements:``` - Previous experience in cleaning is preferred but not mandatory - Ability to work independently and follow instructions - Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks - Good physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time - Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated time frames - Effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients Pay is as follows: Training is $15 hr you should not need more than 2x at each unit with a trainer. Hourly rate will be between $17-$25hr depending on experience and/or work performance. Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
