They are looking to add a Landscape Supervisor to lead crews and ensure top-tier service delivery.Position OverviewThe Landscape Supervisor will oversee daily lawn care and landscape maintenance operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading teams, and building strong client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead landscape and lawn care crews across multiple job sitesEnsure high-quality execution of lawn maintenance, landscaping, and groundskeeping servicesTrain, mentor, and support team members to drive performance and engagementCoordinate schedules, materials, and equipment to optimize workflowInspect job sites and address any quality or safety concernsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retentionTroubleshoot issues in the field and proactively resolve challenges QualificationsProven experience in lawn care and/or landscape maintenance (required)Prior experience supervising or leading teamsStrong knowledge of groundskeeping techniques, irrigation systems, and garden maintenanceExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetAbility to work both independently and as part of a team Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $50,000 - $58,000 annuallyHealth, Dental & Vision Insurance (employee premium contribution)401(k) Retirement PlanShort-Term & Long-Term Disability (STD/LTD) Why This Role?Join a fantastic organization with a strong reputation locallyOpportunity to lead a team and make a visible impactStable, full-time role with growth potential
