Director of Recruiting
We are seeking an experienced Professional Recruiter/Recruiting Manager interested in that next step as a Recruiting Director! You'd be supporting our CFO Domain team that specializes in Accounting & Finance consulting and search. This role will support both interim/project-based and retained searches, mainly Manager/Director level roles and above. This is a 100% Recruiter role; however, Sales/Account Management experience is a plus.Attend 8am PT daily morning stand up meetings to discuss ongoing sourcing efforts, targeted campaigns, market research, and strategies for aligning recruiting activities with client demandReview candidate submissions daily from Sourcing Specialists and provide feedback and guidance to recalibrate sourcing effortsInterview a diverse range of professional to executive level accounting and finance candidates over phone and video; assess and quantify risk for interim candidatesExecute 15-20 meetings a week, consisting of a combination of interviews, prep, debrief, and intake callsBuild relationships with multi-generational finance talent while screening for varying levels of interpersonal and technical skill sets in addition to industry depthSchedule decision maker level talent for the sales team to meet withDevelop a pipeline of highly pedigreed and reliable consulting talent for client demandMaintain excellent data governance and compliance standards in our ATS/CRM infrastructureUsing Claude: create executive summaries for search opportunities, redact job postings for job boards, create scorecards for candidates, clarify your understanding of technical skill sets neededFilter and mine data from various sources including our proprietary data warehouse in Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other sources to identify possible candidate matchesBuild targeted email campaigns and monitor and report out on effectiveness dailyFormulate job descriptions and post / review candidate applicantsCoach candidates on career progression and provide guidance on how to navigate the current job marketPrepare and debrief candidates for client interviewsNegotiate compensation packages with candidatesHelp with other enterprise related responsibilities occasionally such as ATS strategy, data reconciliation, operational processesRequirements:Minimum 7 years of Accounting & Finance Recruiting ExperienceClear, professional, and friendly communication skillsPrefers to work from home office / telecommuteBachelor’s DegreeAccountable, dependable, has integrity, and is consistently reliableCollaborates extremely well, team player, and takes pride in positive outcomes and accuracyExperience working with database systemsAppetite to improve and receives coaching and feedback well + customer service orientationExtremely detail oriented
