Information Technology Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise (Oracle) applications. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.You’ll work closely with engineering, product, clinical stakeholders, and leadership to coordinate complex projects in a regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project management for healthcare and enterprise application initiativesDefine project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentationCoordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, and operationsIdentify risks, dependencies, and blockers; proactively manage mitigation plansEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards (e.g., HIPAA)Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) or manage waterfall timelines as neededTrack project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadershipManage vendor relationships and third-party integrations when applicableRequired Qualifications5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated industriesProven track record delivering enterprise software or SaaS implementationsStrong understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teamsExcellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem-solving and risk management abilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience with healthcare systems (EHR/EMR, payer/provider platforms)Familiarity with interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)PMP, CSM, or similar certificationExperience managing large-scale, multi-phase implementationsKnowledge of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2)What Success Looks LikeProjects delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetClear communication and alignment across all stakeholdersEffective risk mitigation and issue resolutionHigh-quality implementations that meet compliance and business requirements
