Duties/Responsibilities: Interface and assist Route Sales Representatives that are in the field. Manage a high volume of calls and emails with customers, employees, and management - approximately 800+ calls and 800+ emails per month. Build and distribute Excel reports on roll over accounts, route completion, late starts, temporary routes, and add/remove stores from live routes. Qualifications: Previous customer service or call center experience Experience using Microsoft Excel Hours are 9AM 6PM, M-F Ability to work one Saturday per month with a day off during the week. Outgoing with the ability to positively interact with others Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work as part of a collaborative team High school diploma or equivalent
