Job SummaryMidwest Fastener Corp is seeking two mid-level Developers to join our software development team.You will contribute to the design, development, and integration of internal and customer-facing applications that support core business operations, including integrations with Microsoft Business Central and other enterprise systems.These are on-site positions. Candidates must work in either our Kalamazoo, MI or Cleveland (Northfield), OH office locations.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this position.Responsibilities And DutiesDesigning and building business applications using modern architectural patterns (N-Tier, MVC, service-based design)Developing and maintaining RESTful APIsIntegrating internal applications with external systems, including ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Business Central)Designing and optimizing relational database structures and queriesContributing to front-end development using modern UI frameworksParticipating in Agile/Kanban-based development workflowsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience preferredWorking knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language (C#, Java, C++, Visual Basic, or similar)Experience or exposure to relational databases (MySQL, MS SQL Server, SQLite, or similar)Familiarity with RESTful APIs (development or integration)Exposure to modern frontend frameworks such as React, Flutter, or AngularStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsAbility to work effectively within a team environment2+ years of professional software development experienceExperience independently delivering features from design through deploymentExperience working within Agile or Kanban environmentsSolid understanding of SDLC processesExperience implementing modern architectural patterns (N-Tier, MVC, layered architecture)Experience developing and maintaining production APIsPreferred SkillsExperience with .NET developmentExperience integrating ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central, SAP, or NetSuiteExperience integrating third-party APIsKnowledge of SOLID principlesExperience with CI/CD pipelinesExperience with unit testing or automated testing frameworksExperience with version control systems such as GitHub or GitLabExperience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWSExperience with using of AIWhere: KalamazooHours: 8:00am-4:30pmAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to any characteristics or status protected by applicable law.
