The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.ResponsibilitiesProvide compassionate L&D care in a dynamic clinical environment. Monitor patient conditions during labor and delivery. Administer medications as per protocol and physician orders. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Participate in call duties as required for the unit.QualificationsCurrent and unrestricted RN license. BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required. Minimum 2 years of L&D experience, including postpartum/antepartum. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
