Service Dispatcher - Plumbing / Automation

Job Description Entech Sales and Service is looking for an experienced full-time Plumbing/Automation Service Dispatcher to join our team. This role serves as the front line to our customers. This position is essential to providing customer services solutions and ensuring the right plumbing professional is dispatched and equipped to support our customers. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to handle multiple calls back to back while providing solutions and maintaining exceptional professionalism even in the face of adversity. This role will also provide invoicing and accounts payable/receivable support while also ensuring accuracy of technician hours.Minimum Qualifications and Requirements3 years customer service experience2 years dispatch experience.Plumbing / Automation experience preferred.Experience with Corrigo is a plus.Ability to work Mon – Fri 8-5 on site.Computer literacy is a mustAbility to work independently or with a team as necessary.Ability to multitask in a high stress environment is a mustAble to accurately gather and organize information from multiple callers back to backMust be able to apply critical thinking to solve problems as well as exercise good judgment when completing tasks in an efficient, effective, and productive manner.Active listening skills and oral/written comprehension is key to ensure professional and quality service for our customersCapable of documenting conversations in text form based on over the phone conversationsGeneral Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for processing work orders including phone/digital receiving of service requests, data entry, and maintaining correspondence with customers.Dispatch technicians based on priority and availability in accordance with Entech guidelines.Answer multi-line telephone system in a timely and professional manner.Continuously update customer databases.Maintain and develop customer relations to drive customer satisfaction by reviewing customer and provider solutions to questions/concerns as well as responding to special requests.Responsible for reviewing/approving vendor invoices / PO requests.Generate and send customer requested reports.Review and submit billing to be invoiced.Review payroll weekly, make adjustments, and submit for approval in addition to providing technician assistance.Review contract tickets, saving/sending logs as completed.Other duties as assigned.Company DescriptionEntech Sales & Service LLC is proud to be the one stop shop for all of our customers facility needs in the State of Texas and beyond.
