Our team is expanding, and we are building a remote support division to enhance our capacity and deliver superior service to our clients.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This is a support role focused on day-to-day administrative and service tasks within our insurance operations. The ideal candidate is organized, computer-savvy, and takes pride in accuracy, responsiveness, and clear communication, both in writing and verbally. All responsibilities listed below are expectations of the role. We will not extend an offer to any candidate who is not fully capable of executing everything described. The 90-day structure below reflects a practical onboarding sequence — not a distinction between junior and senior duties. Qualifications· Near-fluent English proficiency· Strong computer literacy with Windows OS — comfortable with everyday tasks such as email, file management, screenshots, and general troubleshooting· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook/Gmail)· Comfortable using instant messaging platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams) for team communication and PDF tools for document handling.· Basic familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) is a plus but not required· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment· Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup (computer, headset, stable connection)· Professional demeanor and client-first attitude· Comfortable with U.S. business hours
