All staff is required to take reasonable care for their own health and safety by adhering to established safety policies and procedures, to not willfully place at risk the health or safety of any individual and to wear personal protective equipment as specified in work instructions.Performs all other duties as required, requested or needed.Education And Experience RequirementsMust be a US Citizen.Typically, a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 3+ years of experiencein assembly and test or2+ years of experience in QualityInspection.May be required to maintainsecurity clearanceOtherMust have excellent communication skills - written and verbal.Must have excellent understanding in root cause analysis and the ability to lead teams in the use of the data.Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), ERP systems, and other Quality assurance tools.Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job.
