Staff Technical Program Manager

Job Title: Technical Program Manager (Financial Domain)Location: Remote/Costa Mesa, CARate: $Open/hr on C2CDuration: Long TermJob Description: Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technical programs across multiple teams and geographies.Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to define program scope, milestones, and success metrics.Drive delivery of data platform, cloud, and customer-facing technology initiatives.Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.Facilitate clear communication and executive reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes.Improve operational efficiency by implementing best practices for program governance, Agile execution, and delivery tracking.Coordinate vendor and partner engagements where applicable.Ensure alignment with Experian’s regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles Proven track record of delivering complex, distributed systems or data-driven platforms at scaleStrong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS), APIs, microservices, and data engineering conceptsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-functional teamsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level reportingStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisionsPreferred Skills:Experience in financial services, credit bureaus, fintech, or data/analytics-driven companies.Experience managing global teams and offshore/onshore delivery models Certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or SAFe.
