Job DescriptionStrategy Manager – Fortune 500Johnson Service Group (JSG) is actively searching for a Strategy Manager for our client’s Austin, TX area operation. This is a 6+ month contract position with competitive pay and remote work schedule. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure with a Fortune 500 industry leader.ResponsibilitiesMeet with technology and business to discuss, gather, and document strategic goals/objectives. Conduct competitive research and studying competitive trends and market changes. Evaluate the practices and market behavior of comparative technology organizations. Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals. Creating analysis reports. Devise strategies to improve how technology organizations function. Oversee the implementation of updated business strategies. Review and analyze the efficacy of revised business strategies. Monitor the long-term effects of business changes. Work with technology leaders to align processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy. Construct forecasts and analytical models. Qualifications7+ years financial services related experience required BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field Proven experience as a Strategic Planner or Business Consultant. Excellent project management skills. Strong Excel skills Understanding of management frameworks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. Report writing skills. Understanding of market research and data analysis. Knowledge of business operations and procedures. Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities. Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude. Organizational and analytical skills.
