Now we shape the future of smart robotics together!We combine world-class research with top-notch engineering and apply it to solve real problemsSome of the problems you may try to solve with us:Lead on-site commissioning of robotic picking systems at customer warehousesBring systems from mechanical completion through first picks, ramp-up, and production handoverValidate hardware, electrical, controls, and software integration on-siteDiagnose and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, controls, and software domainsWork closely with remote engineering teams to troubleshoot and deploy fixesExecute test plans, acceptance criteria, and performance validationTrain customer operators and maintenance teams during handoverDocument commissioning procedures, lessons learned, and site-specific configurationsSupport continuous improvement by feeding field insights back into engineering and product teamsWhat skills we’d like you to have:5-10+ years of hands-on experience commissioning or deploying industrial automation or robotic systemsStrong practical experience with robotic cells, automation equipment, or warehouse systemsComfortable working across mechanical, electrical, controls, and software interfacesExperience with industrial robots (ABB strongly preferred; others welcome)Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and system layoutsStrong troubleshooting skills and calm execution in live production environmentsWillingness and ability to travel :75% of the timeExcellent communication skills in English (customer-facing role)Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in the fieldNice to have:Experience with warehouse automation, intralogistics, or fulfillment environmentsPLC or controls troubleshooting experienceFamiliarity with safety systems (E-stops, scanners, light curtains)Experience working in startup or fast-scaling engineering environmentsWhat should you expect once you apply?30-minute recruiter screen60-minute technical prescreen45-minute hiring manager interviewOnsite or virtual interview loop (½ day total)We make the final decision after max. 2-3 days after on-site interviewImportant: Feedback after completing the recruitment processSee Our Robots in Action:https://vimeo.com/manage/videos/1051464045https://vimeo.com/manage/videos/1051465112Learn more about us at https://nomagic.ai/We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
