Working in partnership with government agencies, Cardinality focuses on delivering exceptional results for communities and families.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an HTML (ADA & Responsive Changes) specialist. The primary responsibilities include updating and maintaining web content to comply with ADA and accessibility standards, making responsive design adjustments, and collaborating with designers, developers, and other stakeholders. The role also involves testing functionality and design on multiple devices and browsers to ensure a consistent and inclusive user experience.ResponsibilitiesUpdate and maintain HTML/CSS web pagesMake websites mobile-friendly and responsiveFix accessibility (ADA/WCAG) issuesEnsure proper page structure and semantic HTMLTest websites across browsers and devicesWork with designers and developers to implement changesTroubleshoot layout and UI issuesRequired SkillsStrong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3Basic JavaScript knowledgeExperience with responsive web designUnderstanding of ADA/WCAG accessibility standardsAttention to detail and debugging skillsFamiliarity with browser testing toolsPreferred SkillsExperience with Bootstrap or Tailwind CSSKnowledge of CMS platforms like WordPressExperience using accessibility testing toolsEducation / ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred1–3 years of front-end or web maintenance experience
